| Open under normal hours: August 2nd through November 10th. Normal Hours: Thursday 5 to 9PM, Friday 5 to 11PM, and Saturday 1 to 11PM. Exceptions: August 2nd: 1 to 9PM, August 3rd: 9AM to 11PM, October 29th to 31st: 5 to 9PM*, and groups are allowed to reserve for ANY date in the season. *Spooky Corn Maze will begin the last three weeks in October on Friday and Saturday from 6 to 10PM. NOTICE: In the event of excessive rain or snow like last year durring the final week of October, November 9th and 10th will be a spooky corn maze as well. Hours are subject to change with(out) notice! |

| NOTE: Rates are Tenative Ages 6 to 12: $3, Ages 13 to 17: $4, Ages 18 to 50: $5 Spooky Corn Maze will cost $1 more than listed prices, we will honor valid coupons(one discount per person please!), on arival group rates are available for parties of 12+, advanced group rates(reservations) can earn parties of 12+ a 10% discount bonus*, and we will gladly give rainchecks when nescessary(dress for the weather). EFFECTIVE 2007: Due to past issues involving staff and visitors we regret to say there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on fees and NO REFUNDS unless approved by the farm's manager(may take 7 to 10 business day), staff can NOT issue refunds. If you are cited for disorderly conduct you will NOT be REFUNDED! *10% group rate discount bonus only applies when the group mail's in a non-refundable(exceptions could apply) deposit prior to the scheduled visit date, call for more details. |

| From I-80 West: Exit 78(Brookville Sigel), north route 36 to Broadacre Farm, turn left(sign will be on left past house). From I-80 East: Exit 73(Corsica), north route 949 to the stop sign at the four way intersection(sign will be straight ahead). Watch for signs, we are located on Odonnell Road between Corsica and Sigel, call if you need assistance. |
